Our Story
Survivalist was born from a simple need: our own family's struggle to stay organized and prepared for emergencies. Too often medication in our first aid kits would go out of date and we had no idea when it was last checked. Our plans were scattered across multiple spreadsheets and notebooks, and if emergency happened, we were not in sync.
We decided that we needed a better way to manage our emergency supplies and plans, so over many weekends we built Survivalist. Even as a passion project, we applied the same technology and practices we use in professional client work.
Jessica, a lifelong prepper and founder of ASF Interactive, shaped Survivalist around real family needs. Her husband, Rodrigo — a solution architect with 20 years of experience leading large-scale technology transformation projects — ensured it was built on the same technology trusted by global enterprises.
